The study aims to determine the impact of perceived organizational support and citizenship behavior on performance employees. method used in this research is a survey by taking samples 70. These respondents are taken using non-probability sampling with saturated technique. type descriptive verificative multiple regression analysis. results level good, as well good. hypothesis testing shows that partially has positive significant effect performance, performance. Whereas affect simultaneously. variable most influences support. concludes two important predictors build employee This useful for company building increasing good behavior.
